A nugget that doesn't look like much just next to the flashy Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records, where many Kingstonians come to find a little culinary sweetness in small seasonal home-made dishes. Because the bowls or salads of the day are succulent, well-balanced and balanced in taste. Don't think you're swallowing seeds and bland vegetables when you walk in here. We liked the generous vitamin bowl of the day and the rose and tamarind juice, a real treat.
