Soft as a cloud and soft as a feather, this rice cake made from millet flour coated with red bean paste (Koreans are really fond of it, it is found in 70% of desserts) is tasty. We're warning you, it's not very nice but it's good! Pretty gift boxes are also sold to take home or to the hotel as a gourmet souvenir!
