This is Jeonju's bibimbap king. It's where you eat sitting on the floor, in a traditional wooden setting, right in the heart of Hanok village. How does bibimbap work? Hot rice with a multitude of vegetables (carrots, mushrooms, bean sprouts, etc.), to which red chili paste is added to spice things up. Atop all this goodness often sits an egg yolk. The more adventurous will order the raw beef bibimbap. The Korean way is to mix everything together before tasting with a spoon.
