The Gukje market, better known as the International Market, is the best known market in the whole city of Busan, but certainly also in the whole of South Korea. It all began in 1945, at the end of the war, when the Koreans came here to sell various goods that had been left by the Japanese. You can find everything in this maze of streets: street food but also gadgets, clothes, electronic products....

A sudden craving for French bread or sweets? The OPS patisserie will delight you with its stalls of cakes of European but also Japanese inspiration (try the manju or matcha rolls), its tarts or savoury buns. They also sell small gift boxes with chocolates, jam or other sweets. There is also a small "coffee corner" where you can relax for a moment. Rumour has it that OPS is the best bakery/pastry shop in town.
