Koreans like to call this island "Seoul's Manhattan". This small island gathers in its heart all the political, financial and commercial institutions of the city. The pretty little park was built in the late 1990s. It includes many bike paths that delight Seoul residents on weekends (and along these paths, small merchants rent bicycles for a deposit on weekends). To get some fresh air!
