Today, artisan bread "à la française" still features prominently in sandwiches and other compositions, but the offer has expanded. You can try local trout with mushroom sauce, sandwiches (Thai-style chicken with Moroccan couscous, meat risotto with manioc...). One of those places that delights both taste buds and soul.
