The city of Itauna offers some interesting tables. La Garota de Itaunà is a large and colourful restaurant. It is a really great beach establishment, simple and friendly, like those found in the Nordeste. Of course, they serve very good fish (grilled fish with Maracujà sauce, Itauna style shrimps), but also tasty meat (churrasco), all in generous portions. The whole is very suitable! Nice view from the balcony. Excellent address also for contemplating the sunset over the sea.
