BALINESE PRIVATE COOKING EXPERIENCE WITH LUNCH / DINNER
During your trip in Bali does not mean you have to stop and eat at one restaurant. It's boring! At the Wapa di Ume Ubud, you are welcome to uniquely experience once the opportunity of learning and cooking the secret recipes of the Balinese cuisine.
7:00am - the class starts with the Ubud Market tour to buy the complete ingredients. It is also an interesting opportunity to see the Balinese way of life in getting their daily needs at the market and to watch how they do bargaining.
11.00am - the cooking starts and is held at traditional Balinese kitchen compound set amid our cultivated organic garden. You can directly learn about the fresh vegetables, herbs, spices, and fruits used for the ingredients. Our well-trained local chefs are ready to illustrate each step on the recipe booklet provided for your own use.
12:30pm – time to taste your cooking on the wooden deck overlooking the soothing rice field view. It will enhance your enjoyment and pride successfully cooking the Balinese traditional food!
Afternoon Cooking is available start from 16:00 pm with or without morning market.

BBQ CULTURE DINNER
Surrounded by the organic garden and panoramic rice-fields, our natural amphitheater venue is designed in the style of a authentic Balinese palace. With the intimate setting of candlelit tables, embraced by tropical blossoms fragrance and the breeze of rice-field, the guests and public can experience the real Ubud Barbeque Culture Dinner while being entertained by traditional Balinese dance and music from the local village children. Complimentary welcome cocktails and mocktails are served before the event start. Due to limited space, please kindly book in advance for your convenient seating.
