Très bel hôtel sur les falaises de Nusa Penida. Les chambres sont un rêve et le personnel est super serviable et prévenant. ||L'hôtel est proche du port et donc très facile d'accès. La route qui y mène est en partie très mal entretenue, mais c'est "normal" là-bas. ||Pour nous, tout était vraiment parfait dans cet hôtel.

Une excellente chambre dans un endroit calme, c'est un petit hôtel avec une grande attention aux détails. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel était très serviable et amical, en particulier Wiyakni, Yudis et Karisma au bar de l'hôtel. En raison d'une tempête en mars, le restaurant n'était pas disponible mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec la capacité de dîner tranquillement dans le bar, ils vous donnent également la possibilité d'apporter votre dîner dans votre chambre et de profiter du coucher de soleil depuis le balcon. Le seul handicap est la différence de niveau entre les zones de l'hôtel mais ils ont un service de buggy qui vous emmène de votre chambre à n'importe quelle autre partie de l'hôtel et vice-versa.

J'attendais beaucoup de cet hôtel, mais finalement il n'a pas répondu à nos attentes. |Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, la vue sur la mer était à couper le souffle. Cela a renforcé nos attentes à l'égard du restaurant. Cependant, les plats exquis que nous avons réservés semblaient avoir été préparés par un débutant, ce qui n'est tout simplement pas bon pour un hôtel de ce calibre. Nous avons donc fait part de notre appréciation du restaurant au personnel de l'hôtel, ARTHA, qui s'est très bien occupé du problème. En complément, il a surclassé notre chambre avec piscine privée et petit déjeuner flottant. Son attitude et son comportement étaient très patients et amicaux, merci beaucoup. |Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, en particulier le riz frit indonésien, le meilleur riz frit que j'aie jamais mangé. Le petit déjeuner continental était également délicieux, mais le riz frit était encore meilleur.
