Le service et le personnel étaient excellents. Le personnel parlant japonais était très serviable.

L'hôtel est un peu éloigné de la ville, il est donc difficile de se déplacer.

J'ai séjourné à Ayana pour la première fois en 2010 et 2012. Maintenant, je suis revenu ici après 15 ans avec mon fils de 3 ans, et je dois dire qu'Ayana n'a jamais manqué de m'étonner à bien des égards. Du personnel de la porte d'entrée, au groom, tout le personnel est très serviable et attentionné. Je suis très satisfaite de tous leurs services et des installations d'Ayana.
Les 14 piscines, la nourriture du restaurant, les chambres étaient très propres et sentaient très bon. L'hôtel propose également de nombreux divertissements, non seulement pour les adultes, mais aussi pour les enfants. Aire de jeux et activités. C'est un lieu unique de divertissement et de joie pour les enfants et les adultes. 2 nuits ne semblent pas suffisantes pour nous. Il est certain que nous reviendrons pour plus de temps. Merci à Ayana pour sa grande hospitalité.

Propreté irréprochable, vue imprenable sur l'océan, nombreuses piscines avec vue imprenable, très grand complexe avec beaucoup de verdure et trop d'équipements, et le meilleur petit déjeuner de Bali !
