For an additional 10 €, you can add yoga sessions to your program, these two disciplines complementing each other, recreating the link between physical and mental performance. If you only want to take a one-day lesson, count 49 €. If you are more experienced, there is also the possibility to be accompanied by a guide to improve your weak points.
