In Vendenheim, the Flam's team welcomes you with a smile to the North commercial area of Strasbourg. Here the flammekueches oven is located in the centre of the restaurant where you can watch the flambéed pies being baked. Several formulas of flammekueches at will for the gourmands, with the traditional ones (munster, mushrooms, gratin...), something to delight the taste buds! The brand also offers flames creations: Italia, vegetarian, parmentière (with minced meat), Norwegian or honey goat. Composite salads are also available. And to finish the meal, a little sweet flam? Excellent, comme d'habitude ! Les tartes flambées sont très bonnes et variées, le service impeccable. Equipe professionnelle et sympathique. Toujours un plaisir de venir manger dans ce restaurant. Je recommande vivement !
