In Vendenheim, the Flam's team welcomes you with a smile to the North commercial area of Strasbourg. Here the flammekueches oven is located in the centre of the restaurant where you can watch the flambéed pies being baked. Several formulas of flammekueches at will for the gourmands, with the traditional ones (munster, mushrooms, gratin...), something to delight the taste buds! The brand also offers flames creations: Italia, vegetarian, parmentière (with minced meat), Norwegian or honey goat. Composite salads are also available. And to finish the meal, a little sweet flam? Un lieu convivial avec un service de qualité. Un grand bravo au jeune chef de cuisine portant des lunettes de ski qui répand ça bonne humeur tout en préparent des tartes flambées excellentes !!
