RENE ADLER (1985)

The 30-year-old from Leipzig, as square as an ice cabinet, is famous for his career as a football player, precisely for his career as an outstanding goalkeeper. René Adler started playing football at the age of 6. He played for VfB Leipzig (a blue and yellow team that no longer exists since 2004 but was the first German champion club) before moving to the top of the current Bundesliga, the German Federal League, playing in Hamburg SV, Mainz and Bayer Leverkusen since the early 2000s, with whom he became a finalist in the 2009 German Cup. Adler is also known in the world of football for his many appearances with the Mannschaft, the prestigious national team.
