The "young German cuisine" is the credo of this team, which is passionate about the famous glass jars designed to preserve food by the German Johann Carl Weck. Using these jars, Lila Sosse's cooks adapt the tradition of Spanish tapas to local cuisine, in cold, hot, salty and sweet versions: pork cheek jar with dried tomatoes, lentils jar with chilli, spätzle jar with mountain cheese seasoned with roasted onions... An inventive address, housed in one of the charming artistic courses of the Kunsthofpassagen.
