A Japanese restaurant where everyone can compose their own sushi and maki, choosing from the myriad of ingredients laid out before their eyes. From brown rice with sesame seeds to Hawaiian wasabi sauce, BBQ tofu, crispy pork, avocado or asparagus, you'll be able to concoct a maki with unprecedented flavors! The concept is original and the result rather satisfying for a fast-food chain. This is a Minneapolis institution, which unfortunately closed some of its locations following the pandemic.
