Known for the quality of its meat, Butcher & Boar lives up to its name. This modern steakhouse revisits the traditional grilled meat dishes that Americans love. Rabbit, beef, terrine, turkey, rillettes and many varieties of sausages are eaten here. Meat is king in this restaurant, but vegetarians, don't refrain: you can also eat excellent seasonal fish, hearty salads, oysters, lobster, jumbo shrimps... A real menagerie. The result is good and well served.
