In Lindbergh Terminal, follow the "hotel shuttles & schedule vans" signs to the Ground Transportation Atrium. The shuttle reception is in the center of this hall. If you're at Humphrey Terminal, cross the street to the Transportation Center and use the Super Shuttle phone booth to contact an agent. If you can, book your ride online before your flight.
