SOLDIER FIELD

It's been the home of the Bears, the American soccer team, since 1971. In the early 2000s, Soldier Field was closed for total renovation. In 2003, reconstruction was completed, providing fans with a modern stadium, while retaining part of the old building. When there are no matches, Soldier Field hosts concerts and events of all kinds. Johnny Cash, the Rolling Stones, Beyoncé and The Weeknd have all performed here. The stadium also plays host to Chicago Fire FC soccer matches and international events.
