Farmer's Fridge is a salad dispenser concept that is a hit in Chicago. A real craze has grown around the concept born in 2013, so that there are now more than 180 kiosks across the city, mainly in the towers that house offices. Salads are prepared and sold in jars. Next to each kiosk is a small cutlery and plate station. The distributors are filled from Monday to Friday, so all ingredients are fresh! Wraps, sandwiches and desserts are also available.
