Located opposite Gibson's, Maple & Ash is a trendier alternative to the traditional American steakhouse. The clientele is younger and the décor much more modern. A little less expensive than Gibson's, the cuisine is also more inventive, and the seafood and fish menu is as extensive as the meat one. It's up to you to decide which atmosphere suits you best: noisy and trendy, with original and tasty cuisine, or quiet and traditional, with simple but equally tasty dishes.
