Gibson's is known throughout Chicago for its atmosphere and the quality of its meat, which comes from local farms.
The atmosphere is a bit old school but Gibson's is known all over Chicago for its class and the quality of its meat which comes from the Midwest region. We notice that "Gibson" is written on the knives. Pictures of actors who have visited the establishment adorn the walls and waiters come to your table with a large plate of raw meat so you can choose the piece that will end up on your plate. The quantities are gargantuan.

La viande est excellente mais quel accueil pourri et peu respectueux. La serveuse n’a pas déserrer les dents et a continuer à parler vite et de manière inodible. Alors que nous avons demandé poliment de parler moins vite car il y avait du bruit. Je précise que nous parlons très correctement l’anglais. Pas d’efforts, oubli de servir l’accompagnement. Service vraiment minable qui sentait le dédain et le « paye cher touriste et casse toi ». Le patron est venu saluer toutes les tables en fin de repas, sauf la nôtre. Vu le prix, choisissez un restaurant qui vous respecte :)
