Fancy a little exoticism on your plate? This is the place to come! Nola's - in reference to the nickname of New Orleans - is made in the typical Creole and Cajun cuisine of the American South. For a taste of as many specialties as possible, we recommend the "A Taste of New Orleans" plate, which includes gumbo, jambalaya and cornbread with smoked cheddar and jalapenos. Seafood broth is also worth the detour, especially since you choose the seafood, broth and flavour yourself (Cajun, Cajun Viet or garlic and herb butter).
