THE BEACH HOUSE

Also known to locals as Callahan's Beach House, this great restaurant literally has its feet in the sand. Its large terrace overlooking Lake Erie is a must during the summer months. The menu gives pride of place to fish and seafood, a maritime locality, and a must: the famous fish & chips dish! For the record, we were in Niagara Falls when we were recommended this restaurant. A few hours by car later, we were there and loved this local specialty.
