Another highly regarded restaurant on the Bloomfield food scene. The focus here is on eco-friendly wood-fired cuisine, with a menu that showcases all of Prince Edward's agri-food wealth and where almost everything is homemade. Meat and fish are popular, as are the oyster bar and sharing dishes (including the mezze board and dry-aged steak). And there's always a veggie option on the slate. Mention should be made of the superb decor, which highlights the country side of the place, but also the trendy side.
