HEARTH RESTAURANT

Ranked in Canada's 100 Best Restaurants, Hearth showcases Saskatchewan produce in an unpretentious but delicious cuisine. The menu includes bison tartar, trout and western beef. A 5-course tasting menu is also available, which can be enhanced with a wine pairing. Crown it all with a succulent homemade dessert. Mention should be made of the cocktail and mocktail menu. Since 2023, Hearth has also been in charge of the restaurant at the Remai Modern Museum.
