Located near the U.S. border on Passamaquoddy Bay at the tip of a peninsula, this upscale village is one of the Bay of Fundy's most famous resorts. It was founded in 1783 by the Loyalists and still boasts some of the finest homes in the area. The village is well known for its upscale accommodations, charming artisan stores in the historic downtown area, and whale-watching tours, the village's signature activity. Sailboat cruises, fishing and diving are also popular activities. You can find all the information on the website of the local tourist office.
