An inescapable Festival if you are in the lobster region. Shediac is the capital of lobster and celebrates the crustacean every year! A table over 300 metres long proposes as a feast a "lobster guédille" (losbter roll) measuring more than 26 metres long! This festival has been in existence since 1949 and attracts more and more curiosity.
