EAST COAST BISTRO

A prétention bistro that makes the most of the region's products. From land or sea, dishes cooked by chefs Tim Muehlbauer and Kim Steele are delicious: pappardelles to lamb sausage, seafood sauté and sesame, picks of haddock and small shrimps, etc. And almost everything is made home, from sausages to fries, not to mention pasta and condiments.
