One Sixteen presents two distinct experiences under one roof. First, the Two Hands restaurant, which concocts bistronomy dishes in a sharing formula. To take the gourmet experience a step further, the chef's table offers a tasting menu with wine pairings while you watch the team at work in the kitchen. Then there is the Good Neighbour microbrewery with its tasting room where you can discover the house nectars. It is possible to eat on site, the dishes coming from the adjoining restaurant.
