NOLA

First and foremost, the name of this restaurant has nothing to do with Louisiana. Based in St. Boniface and named one of enRoute's 30 finalists for Best New Restaurants in Canada 2022, Nola is the brainchild of chef Emily Butcher and Burnley Place Hospitality Group. The chef's Chinese-British-Colombian roots are expressed in each of her gourmet creations (vegan menu also available), succulent bistro dishes where Asian and Canadian flavours blend. Beautiful wine list and cocktails as a bonus.
