Executive Chef Melissa Makarenko's cuisine draws its inspiration from both the Old World and Canada. Oysters, chicken livers, charcuterie or cheese platters, poutine, vegan mac & cheese, steak frites, tarte flambée, aged cheddar gnocchi, homemade tourtière, Pacific mussels and other delights are on the menu for lunch and dinner. Interesting specials are offered several nights a week: wine discount on Tuesdays, oysters at $1 CAN on Wednesdays, etc. Nice wine list and cocktails to boot. An excellent address!
