SKI – FERNIE ALPINE RESORT

The ski area exceeds 1 000 ha and the ski lifts can carry up to 12 300 skiers per hour (but this never happens here). The station maintains 142 tracks at all levels. The resort is renowned for families and young people thanks to its friendly atmosphere and numerous entertainment throughout the winter. In the summer, Fernie is the destination for mountain biking enthusiasts but also hikers and families (air park, tyrolean, etc.).
