Just 160 kilometres north of Lake Louise and 73 kilometres south of Jasper National Park, a few minutes walk from the Icefields Parkway will take you through a beautiful canyon along a tumultuous river. A good and worthwhile stopover, if you're heading to Bow and Peyto Lakes, Mistaya Canyon won't be a complicated detour as it is located on the same road. The kilometre-long hike is easy and enjoyable with spectacular views revealing the canyon's splendour and enchantment.

Une rando facile permet de bien voir le canyon et des chutes impressionnantes avec des marmites de géant creusées dans la roche sombre. On peut facilement approcher les chutes et s'asseoir contempler ce spectacle.
