A restaurant dedicated to African cuisine in the broadest sense of the word, it features all the flavors of the continent in two air-conditioned dining rooms, which can be discovered in its all-you-can-eat lunch buffet. But La Source owes its reputation above all to the quality of its Ethiopian cuisine: you can eatgoret goret (lightly spiced shrimps) and other meats served on a heated stone, all accompanied by traditional ingera (Ethiopian pancake that replaces bread). Cuisine éthiopienne mais pas fameuse. Je n'ai pas adhérer à leurs mets. Leurs crêpes sont pâteuses, l'attente interminable, et gras ou os dans les plats de viandes. Vous pouvez toujours y faire un tour, peut etre que je n'ai pas su apprécier la cuisine ethiopienne. J'ai eu très mal au ventre après y avoir mangé.
