After the death of the ever-popular Mère Gina in 2012, her sister, Madame Caroline, took over. This modest straw hut still serves maboké (fish or meat, wrapped in wild leaves), undoubtedly the best in the region. You can also feast on bushmeat and a delicious homemade broth. This place, where Gina's presence and the smells of her cooking still linger, is one of the city's best surprises.
