The De Gaulle hut founded by Erell and the Savorgnan de Brazza square with the Brazza lighthouse in a panoramic setting
Built by Erell, the De Gaulle hut is now the residence of the French ambassador. So don't visit unless you're invited. The other place of interest is the Place Savorgnan de Brazza, in the middle of which stands the Phare de Brazza, a monument to the city's founder that was never completed. The whole thing is derelict, but well worth a visit. It offers a magnificent panorama: to the left, Brazzaville, opposite Kinshasa, separated by the mighty Congo River.

The place is worth the trip for the superb view over the Congo river. The lighthouse Brazza is quite austere and the hut de Gaulle (contemporary British Embassy) is hidden behind its walls. But the history is attached to it is of interest.
The best at Brazzaville and around
