READING AND CULTURAL ANIMATION CENTRE (CLAC)

Kindu has a CLAC funded by the Organization of La Francophonie. The place of cultural information and exchanges comprising a library, a multi-purpose room, and audiovisual equipment. The CLAC aims to facilitate public reading and access to information. It encourages the creation of exchange and training centres in the field of literacy, health, agriculture and so on.
