A young woman from Bukavu, Mapendo Sumuni, is behind this original place dedicated to African art. Her boutique is brimming with objects, accessories, creations and works of art made by local artisans. From clothing to jewelry to home decor, in a modern, contemporary style, most often made from loincloth. Orders can be placed from models. Mapendo also organizes events to promote its artists and creations, such as the Goma Fashion Show and other trendy evenings in town.
