FRANCOFOLIES DE KINSHASA

After La Rochelle, Montreal... Kinshasa welcomes the first African Francofolies! The ambition is to make it the emblematic musical event on the African continent. The first edition of the festival, held in 2015, brought together, in various places in the capital, great names of French-speaking, African (Johnny Clegg) and of course Congolese (Ferré, Werrason, Fally, Lokua Kanza, Zaïko ...). The project is also accompanied by a social and cultural component. A total of 60 concerts on 8 different sites during ten days.
