Opened in December 2017 in the Pacot district, the Gingerbread impresses even through its framework: A few tables installed in the courtyard, close to the swimming pool, but mainly dominated by an as beautiful as finely opened, remains Gingerbread, ochre and blue. On the kitchen side, we are dealing with well prepared Haitian specialties, as well as a few plates of different inspiration (the Satay chicken is worth its peanuts). Warm atmosphere in an enchanting setting.

Un très bel endroit, situé juste en face d'une coopérative artisanale de femmes.
La nourriture est excellente, le service parfait, le cadre superbe. Il y a même une petite galerie d'art avec de très jolies pièces à prix abordables à la réception.
