ATACAMA REGIONAL MUSEUM

This museum exhibits native and colonial artifacts from the region. You'll see the interior of a ^19th-century house, during the railroad epic. But the highlight, so to speak, is the room dedicated to the mines: here you can see the San José miners' " We are at the refuge, the 33 " ticket and the Capsula Fenix II, used to rescue the 33 miners. After several years of renovation, a new museum was inaugurated at the end of April 2023!
