CAVAS DEL VALLE

Shortly before Monte Grande, you can visit (on the left of the road) the Cavas del Valle vineyard, which produces a good blend of Syrah, Cabernet and organic Sauvignon. Late harvest and muscatel are also produced. No more than 20,000 bottles a year, sold only here. This is Chile's most northerly vineyard. Free explanations, including tastings.
