Since 1542, the Rothgerber family has always devoted itself to the cultivation of vines and to arboriculture. About fifteen varieties of apples are produced here in organic farming and the fruit juices, bottled on the spot, are all declined around, sometimes decorated with original ingredients (quince, elderflower, mango) 100% natural. They are regularly awarded at the Concours Général Agricole. A producers' store and a bakery-restaurant complete the offer.
