SPANISH TOWERS

Erigées in 1774, they kept the city's access. One, located in Picarte Avenue, near the Calle Calle Calle, is called the Torreón del Barro; the other, at the corner of Yungay and Yerbas Prácticas, the Torreón de los Canelos. These two sentinels do not, however, deserve a special detour; they can be included in a small walk.
