TRAWEN
Read moreOn the corner of Rue Fresia, a good address offering "gastronomic adventures" while honoring Patagonian meats(cerdo, cordero and ciervo) and local products. There are grills, octopus risottos and trout ravioli, children's menus and vegetarian and gluten-free options. The dishes are sometimes surprising. Rustic yet comfortable atmosphere, pleasant service. Bar with different happy-hour suggestions all day long and Pucón craft beers (including Newen and Pillán). Worth a try.
VIVA PERU
Read moreCarla Piana proposes a typical cuisine of...Peru this time! There are good quality dishes: ceviche, pisco sour, arroz chaufa, pollo salteado... the products are fresh and you can taste a bit of exoticism. Pleasant and welcoming, the staff offers excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere. For dessert, the gourmands can't miss the suspiro limeño (we warn you, it's quite sweet) accompanied by a good coffee. You can also taste the Peruvian pisco. Finally, the patio has a beautiful view of the volcano.
D'TOROS
Read moreVery recent, but already emblematic, this restaurant makes almost a faultless achievement thanks to its gourmet meals and cosy atmosphere. The staff is attentive, the cuisine creative and refined. On the program, soups, sandwiches, salads, ceviche and typical dishes such as trucha rellena, costilla de cerdo, or salmon ravioli (exquisite!). Good selection of artisanal wines and beers. A taste experience at a very good value for money. The only downside is that the service can be very slow, so make sure you have some time to spare!
