Carla Piana proposes a typical cuisine of...Peru this time! There are good quality dishes: ceviche, pisco sour, arroz chaufa, pollo salteado... the products are fresh and you can taste a bit of exoticism. Pleasant and welcoming, the staff offers excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere. For dessert, the gourmands can't miss the suspiro limeño (we warn you, it's quite sweet) accompanied by a good coffee. You can also taste the Peruvian pisco. Finally, the patio has a beautiful view of the volcano.

Very welcoming restaurant, with a nice warm decor. There is even a wood-burning oven that was in service when we were there.
The dishes are good and quite copious. This allows you to change slightly Chilean dishes during the journey.
However, the prices are a little high, especially for the wines that are Chilean.
