ALAMEDA MANSO DE VELASCO

This beautiful avenue is lined with century-old trees, including oriental plane trees. The avenue is also dotted with monuments to historical figures such as Luis Cruz Martinez, Bernardo O'Higgins, Arturo Prat, to the Air Force and to Gabriela Mistral. This avenue leads to the Carlos Condell hill, a beautiful hill with an altitude of 95 m, offering pleasant walks and beautiful views. At the foot of the hill lies Balmaceda Park, the city's green lung, inaugurated at the beginning of the century.
