This French-Chilean travel agency has been based in Santiago for more than 10 years. Its founder, the Frenchman Alain d'Etigny, was an alpine hunting officer and now knows every corner of Chile perfectly.
The agency specializes in individual stays in Chile, with possible combinations in Argentina, Bolivia and Peru. It offers Premium tours as well as cruises in Patagonia and Antarctica. Magnifique voyage
Nous quittons Santiago, la tête pleine d'étoiles et de beaux souvenirs. Nous revenons très satisfaits de l'ensemble du voyage avec Chile, Excepcion. Outre le programme bien équilibré, nous avons apprécié la compétence et l’implication des guides et des chauffeurs, ainsi que la réactivité de nos interlocuteurs de Santiago, dont notre conseillère, pour régler nos petits problèmes. Nous voulons mentionner notre impression d’avoir visité l’essentiel et l’indispensable, sans avoir été trop dans le flot des touristes (choix des horaires et du timing). Pour les hôtels, tout a été très bien, notre coup de cœur allant à la Casita La Brea, à San Pedro de Atacama.

Utilisation de cette agence pour la 2eme fois en formule autotour : la première fois (en 2018) malgré un road book inexploitable, circuit satisfaisant et globalement conforme. Cette année road book toujours inexploitable et sélection/classification des hôtels en fort décalage avec la réalité. Les suggestions de parcours sont inadaptées et aucune écoute du client.

Chile-excepcion has, thanks to its location on site and with all its team, excellent knowledge of the country. This is accompanied by a quite remarkable quality of listening that allowed us, from the documentation on the website and many offices, of " fabriquer" from UK a trip to our hand. The result filled us, faithful to the road book given by Franck to our arrival to Santiago and perfectly paid to detail. It anymore but did not stay us to discover and enjoy ...... bravo and thank you!
