This 90 sq km reserve is home to elephants, tigers, leopards, Nilgiri thars, sambars, bears, 225 species of birds and the largest population of reptiles in Kerala. The Manjampatti white buffalo was also recently spotted. The Malabar giant squirrel is the pride of the reserve. Many activities related to ecotourism: trekking, camping, bird watching and wildlife from tree houses, natural sites (megaliths among others)...
